the location was good. the hotel was a short walk from a metro station (this made exploring easy). the rooms were clean. the staff were helpful and friendly.
the soundproofing in the rooms wasn't great. a mistake at reception meant people entered our room at night (it was an unpleasant experience). management apologised and refunded the night.

The breakfast selection included various breads and pastries! fresh fruit and yogurt were available too. the room had a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks. i liked the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided.

I found the staff friendly. I received a bigger room with a sofa bed. This allowed us two separate beds. The central location worked great.
Soundproofing in rooms presents a problem. I was given a room once in error. People came in when I was sleeping. This was unpleasant.

a few hiccups
no doorbathroom setup
The bathroom setup was certainly something. i mean, no door? the sink and shower were just right there, basically in the bedroom. it made privacy a real challenge. I had to open the shower door to grab a towel, exposing myself. also, if someone wanted to use the bathroom before others woke up, turning on the light lit up the whole room. it just wasn't well thought out or private enough.

missing doorshower issue
the room looked nice, but the bathroom lacked a door. the sink and shower were right by the beds. this made privacy difficult. i had to open the shower door to reach a towel. everyone in the room could see me naked. not good.
